Haven't posted in ages.......

Sorry about that, not posting in about 2 weeks. Now in that time, hmm! We've got Vermaelen from Ajax, but you knew that already, for a fee of about 13 million quid. Or 10. Somewhere around there. Manchester Utd might want Wigan winger Valencia, for 36 million, but that's rubbish business for Utd, really. And Santa Cruz's gone to City.

City's swooping for everyone at the moment, apart from Arsenal players, like Tevez, and have bought Taylor from Villa. Two villians have gone to City, then. And Barca might be going for Robinho for 35 million. Not good business for Barca. Rubbish, in fact.

Today, though, I was sucked in to thinking that Van Persie's gone to Barca. My scouse friend told me that he had gone to Barca for 35 million, and was going through a medical. Now, I received this information before I had a chance to log onto a computer for that day. And also he added in saying that Eto'o could have been thrown into the equasion, as Barca are getting rid of him.

I didn't like the idea of RvP moving during the middle of his contract. Not at all. Although we are now rumoured to be signing him on a new deal worth 70 million until 2013 I didn't know that yet. He was our best striker for the first half of this season, and moving? I didn't believe it, not really, without taking a look into the computers first.

So it's lucky I did, and I went onto ESPNsoccernet, and the first story in fact wasn't RvP (of course not!!), but instead it was West Ham signing an Inter forward from Chile.

And the moral of the story is...............

Never trust a guy that supports a rival team (not so much in Liverpool's case!), because it took me another 2 hours to find and get him. Not a pretty sight.

And the final play of the day, is ridiculous Michael Owen, out of contract, 29 and plays for Newcastle. He has apparently sent a 34 glossy magazine about himself to 6 top flight clubs, looking for his signature. And he's damn desperate, by the looks of it.

Just look at the words on the lower one- really. is 'Good looking' really necessary? And young, and dynamic??
